Basically, Setia or so-called Kesas Kenangan is a quite well-known developer in Malaysia. As far as i know, there were series luxury houses had beem developed by the developer in KL area such as Setia Hill and Setia Sky Residents. Setia Eco Garden is a continuation to the Setia Eco Park's concept.
Well, in Johor, Setia has rapidly developed many exclusive and unique houses in JB area including Setia Tropica, Bukit Indah and most latest one is Setia Eco Garden..
Setia has won the best Master Plan 2008 award for Eco Garden. Few patterns of double storey houses and single storey were developed at this early phase.
